Nollywood actress Yvonne Jegede Fawole has taken us on a journey into her past, throwing back to as far as about seventeen years ago.
The throwback did not just come as a picture without a story but accompanied with an emotional story. The picture symbolizes the period when she had nothing including a roof over her head.
According to Yvonne, she was roaming about in the wee hours of the morning under the popular Ojuelegba bridge with no where to lay her head.
“…to think there was a time I had no roof overy head, at ojuelegba bridge at 2am with a little bag under my arm… Thanks to Shola aka Shaggy Dread who opened OGD studios for me”
The actress recounts how she slept in the studio for weeks waiting till it was empty at night. Two years later, she joined the Nollywood industry.
Yvonne can look back today and be thankful for the roads she had to walk before attaining success.
