It is really funny how we say we want to really look good, fit and back in shape after giving birth but continue stuffing our stomach with food and fattening products, now that dream of being fit might never be achieved.
This is what Amanda Ebeye noticed after giving birth. The actress who continued her normal intake of food had to come to terms with the reality that if she wants to look as good as she was, then she has to cut off some things which include the food she eats.
In a chat with the actress, she talked about how she stopped eating some things and adjusted her diet to achieve the kind of body she wants for herself.
